My condolences: Heath Ledger

Today, i heard the news about his death... i was really shocked and felt sad about it th entire day. I won't say that i'm a huge fan of his, but i did like his movies, like The Grim Brothers, Casanova, Brokeback mountain, 10 things i hate about you, ... among many others. He is a real talent and to die so early, it's really sad.

When a star like him dies, many pple assumes, it must be eaither suicide or playing with drugs... i find it hard to believe a star like him, would do such a thing. So when i read the reports today, just as i expected, the media made "it" the headlines by saying drug overdose... probably, but he wasn't feeling well...

I quote from an austrialian news web site

Qte: "It added that an unnamed family member said he was ill with pneumonia.
JUST months after revealing his struggle with insomnia and stress over two demanding film roles, Heath Ledger is dead, discovered in his New York apartment with prescription drugs, including sleeping pills, nearby.
The actor told The New York Times late last year that he had become sleepless playing a "psychopathic, mass-murdering, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy" — his description for his role as the Joker in a new Batman film.
Insomnia was limiting him to an average two hours' sleep a night. He had taken a controversial drug, Ambien, which didn't seem to help: one pill was ineffective and after a second he slept an hour but then woke, his mind racing. "I couldn't stop thinking. My body was exhausted, and my mind was still going," he said." Police deputy commissioner Paul Browne said Ledger had an appointment for a massage at the apartment and his housekeeper found him unconscious about 3.30pm when she went to notify him of the masseur's arrival.
He was unresponsive and pronounced dead shortly after. Mr Browne stressed that the cause of death would not be known until determined by a medical examiner. "He was found face down on the floor at the foot of the bed. He had no clothes on."
It was unknown how long he had been dead. There were no signs of foul play. Mr Browne denied early reports that pills were scattered about the floor of the apartment."

I really hope that with this, pple will leave it as it is and let his family mourn his death quietly. And not gossip about it and give false accusation of how he died... he was a well respected and a great actor, always taking his job seriously, giving us many laughter tears and joy on screen and a loving dad to his little daughter, Matilda... Let the memory of his greatness countinue to dwell in the heart of his little girl to know she had a great dad and not destroy it for her... she will never get to know him in person, being the fact that she is only 2 now. Rest in peace... I admire and love his great work... looking forward to "Batman, The dark Knight" Cheers...
