Outing with the Senior Class...

After a hard day of work for the Children's camp, we brought the senior class out to have dinner with the KIDZ IMPACT helpers... This is to help them to get to know the youths more so that they can move up to the youth more smoothly... And it was great... Jolene, Sarah, Daphne, and Melvin came... yeah... Everyone had a great time... we ate at Yakiniku... After that, we went back to church and watched a movie... :) we all had fun...

I hope i wasn't too strict on them thou... :)

I think this song is really meaningful...

Children's camp - Preparation

So... This is the camp deco... what do you think? Nice?
Can you guess the theme? .... K la... i not good at keeping people in suspense...

I had a lot of help this year to do this... Everyone in the kids ministry helped to cut the leaves and make the vines... Aunt Bernice, Aunt Janet, Aunt Jasimine... the youths and everyone... Thank you all... I was so afraid that they will bring it back and not do... but everyone cooperated and helped... Thank you so much... :) Isn't it nice?

Joy Place (Part 1)

On 8 December, we went to Joy's Place, to celebrate christmas with the Children there. The center help children with authistic problems. With Uncle Samuel invitation, we went to help to organise a Christmas party for them.


We helped to decorate the place... Everyone helped... :)

We peoceeded on to playing games with the kids...
We tried to play very simple games like flip a coin and pass the parcel... see dorena and Elysia having fun with the kids... don't they look like fun?

keke... we did have a lot of fun... With lots of paitence and love, i really hope we did give a memorable christmas to remember...













Aunt Patsy prepared lots of food... 11 course meal... lots of food and deserts... mainly filled with Chocolate... if you know me, you will know i don't really like chocolate... but it was so good, wow... i just ate and ate... keke...




And the Chicken wings were great... they de-bone it and marinated it at least 3 days before hands... they added brandy for taste, and trust me... they taste awesome...
I told Bernard, if i could cook like this, i won't be afraid that no one would want me... keke...
















We had a great time... Thanks Uncle Samuel for letting us help make the Christmas special for them this Chrismas...

Christmas is not about recieving... It's about giving... so let's just give willingly as a thankgiving to God for what he has freely given to you and bless the less-fortunate around you... Cheers... :)

What should I do???? Pls tell me...

Feel like this entire year, has been a decision making year.. and even though the year is about to end, there are still more decisions to make... huh...

I've already decided to not to go into full time for the church and mission... why? Cause i think i'm not ready... I'm very scare... I think i'm not strong enough to withstand all the politics and rubbish that goes on... I'm afraid that i'll end up more hurt and disappointed then i already am... I've thought hard and long before i came to this decision... Trust me... Lots of time of prayer and time has been spend into it...


I've also decided not to pursue my dreams on becoming an air-stewardess... Even though the chances of getting in were high, I've let it go... I want to serve the kids... That's where my passion is in... the kids... the youth... and i believe, this is where God wants me to be... After i made this decison, it's like peace just rush into my heart... Thank you Lord...



Now 2 new decisions need to be made...

1) Should I quit and go and study? I want to study Psychology... To contribute and help the kids and youths of today, to become a counsellor... That's what i want to do... I'm really sick of my job... Even if i don't study, i've decided i want to quit... enough is enough... I can't take the bickering, the gossipping, the back stabbing, the rubbish... huh... i know everywhere else is the same... huh... I will only miss one thing from quitting here, is Meldred... I'll miss having lunch with her, i shoulder to cry on, the plants we have planted, the great relationship we have working together... it'll get lonely if either of us leaves... :(



2) Should I or should I not join the Mission's committee?
Pastor has asked... but i really don't know... :(

Yesterday, 2 Dec 07, Eric left for Thailand for Mission Trip to Thailand, along with Jeremy, Uncle Samuel, Pastor and Uncle Chris... Huh... Wish i was there with them too... but i really think the price is too much... $850 to go Thailand, :/ But i don't wanna talk abt that any more...
I miss you Eric... I like super super long haven't have a good conversation with you, haven't had time to sit down and talk to you and eat with you... keke... :p
Ber went Thailand, then I went Indo, then now Eric go thailand... think we'll only be able to meet up next next week liao... :/ long time... looking forward to spend some quality time with the 2 of you in HK... :)

Daddy also just came back from Thailand... He met up with Jick, Hui, Nick... Uncle Chaiyan, Uncle Suragan... And of course uncle Virachye and my Best Thai Friend... Beau... Thanks girl for the clothes you choose... I like them... :) I miss all of you... I promise to make a trip up next year... FH of the year... I really really want to go see you guys... miss you all... :( Really hope to see you soon... And if possible, I'll bring Bernard with me... Then can intro you guys to him too... :) I really really miss you all... Love you guys... Continue with all your hard work in Church and YFC... hopefully when we go up, we can do some mission work together too... :) I hope... :)

Saturday was a long long long day... so tiring... woke up early, to clean up my room... Mel coming... must look neater a bit... had to go book the pit and room for the celebration on 29 Dec 07, Thanksgiving for the Sunday school team... After that, brought all the props Esther needs to church... did the deco with mel, Jaime, Esther, Jolene and Sarah's help... then after, rush home to change for my company D & D... Mel came over to change too... We took many pictures at home... then we left for the PARTY at Swissotel... :) Yeah... so exciting...

When we got there, we were just in time... Appetizer and desert were buffet style, while dinner was ala carte... :) The food was great... The entertainment was great too... Glenn Ong was really funny and he just has this charisma about him... Really enjoyed the entire event with him hosting it... had a good time... Oh and i won the 55th prize in the lucky draw... $150 capitol voucher... :) not sure what to do with it... hmmm.... :) buy VCD? keke... War and Destiny... here I come... :)

Haha... Yeah Yeah... He's back... my sweetie is back... haha... :p came back yesterday night... I took leave to meet him today... :)
Had a good time with him... we have settled most of our x'mas gifts to our friends... hope they like it... :) and also a few cards to write... :) ... back to it... then we ate breakfast cum lunch... (slept in late... :p) Then we went to catch a movie... "ENCHANTED"... keke... Not bad... quite funny... Trailer and it's MTV by "Carrie Underwood" got time go catch...




Oh oh... Ber bought me a wallet.... it's a "coach" wallet... fake one la... but quite nice... "xie xie... you xin le" in cantonese... "tou Jie... lei you shum" :) but I in Indo also bought a piggy wallet... now really confused... don't know which to use... hmmm... but since he bought it for me... guess i'll use his first... :)

22-24 Nov 07 Business Trip to Indo Part 3

When to visit Tolen's plantation too... 1 Hector... around a size of a football field... Lots of Fruits... :) chilli too... keke...

Lake Toba... When we arrive there, I really was in Awe of what I saw.. In awe of what God has created... Really really Beautiful... I just stood there... And looked at What God has created... I really cannot believe such a beautiful place exist... the Weather is great... around 20-25 degrees... not hot neither too cold that you need to wear a jacket... cooling weather... The view was really beautiful... I could sit there the whole day and just look at the scenary and not get bored... :) Have the pics for you to see but the feel, the pictures cannot describe how beautiful the place was... you have to see it with your own naked eyes... It used to be a volcano...
